This type of pool is designed for the NFL season but it can work for other ones that may not be as popular as the CFL(Canadian Football League). The difference between this type of pool and a handicapper pool, is that for a Pick’em a winner needs to be selected straight up without the handicap or spread. All the winners should be selected with confidence points. This helps a lot as tiebreakers. You can run this type of pool from only for one week all the way to the entire season.

If the pick is a winner, the player gets the confidence points he assigned to each pick. The player with the most points wins the pool. If a player misses a pick, they will get no points for that matchup and the lowest unassigned confidence point-value is considered used. Any changes are allowed until the sheet is due.
